This Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which AB Servicing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may grant monetary refunds to clients (“you,” “your,” or “the Client”) who book or engage services viahttps://mateimindrila.wixsite.com/ab-servicing (“Website”). By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy as outlined below.

 

1. Scope and Intent

AB Servicing operates as an informal vehicle servicing business, not currently registered as a Limited Company (Ltd). We conduct all services in good faith, investing time, resources, and preparation for each appointment. This Policy is intended to foster transparency and protect both client and business interests regarding cancellation, service outcomes, and financial integrity.

 

2. Finality of Payment

All payments made through the Website or any associated platforms are considered final, except where qualifying conditions for refund eligibility are clearly met as described in Section 3 below.

 

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered Due to Our Error: If AB Servicing fails to fulfill the booked service due to operational error, staff unavailability, or an internal issue without offering a rescheduled date, a full refund may be granted.

  • Cancellation by AB Servicing: If we are required to cancel a confirmed booking in advance and no rescheduling option is accepted, the full booking amount may be refunded.

  • Duplicate Transactions: Accidental double payments for the same booking, verified through transaction IDs and timestamps, may be refunded upon internal verification.

  • System-Based Failure to Confirm: If a payment was taken but no corresponding booking is registered on our system due to a digital or technical error, and no service is rendered, a refund may be considered.

 

4. Exclusions and Ineligibility

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Client cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment;

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice;

  • Dissatisfaction with service outcome unless gross negligence is demonstrably proven;

  • Changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or vehicle unsuitability;

  • Refusal to accept rescheduled appointments if offered by AB Servicing;

  • Any disputes resulting from issues unrelated to our direct performance.

Clients agree that such cases do not qualify for compensation and waive claims against retained fees.

 

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must contact us exclusively via the telephone number listed on our Website, and be prepared to provide:

  • Full name and contact number used during booking;

  • Date and time of the scheduled service;

  • Reason for requesting a refund;

  • Reference to proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or banking confirmation).

Refund evaluations may take approximately 7–14 business days. If your request meets our eligibility requirements, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to the policies of third-party processors.

 

6. Partial Refunds

AB Servicing reserves the right to offer partial refunds when only a portion of the service was disrupted or unfulfilled. Such refunds will reflect the value of the undelivered segment, and are determined at our sole discretion.

 

7. Refund Method and Currency

Refunds will be issued electronically only—no cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. All transactions will be returned in GBP (£) to the original method used during booking unless otherwise agreed in writing by AB Servicing.

 

8. Appeals and Dispute Resolution

In cases where a refund is denied, you may request a second review by contacting us again via telephone. AB Servicing will conduct a final assessment and issue a written explanation of the decision. Clients agree that this determination shall be binding unless formal mediation or litigation is pursued in accordance with the laws outlined in our Terms of Use.

 

9. Policy Updates

AB Servicing reserves the right to amend or update this Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our Website with a clearly noted revision date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
